Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months




Racking is an operation which consists of emptying the barrels (or vats), taking care to wash the container thoroughly, here with a special cane connected to a Kärcher.
It takes 7 minutes to wash a barrel.

Stainless steel vat room, equipped with coils inside for temperature control.
For white wine
Fermentation and aging in barrels of part of the production
for 9 months
